Design Considerations
DESIGNING THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
The first step was to define the visual form of the virtual assistant for interfaces, so that it is consistent with the existing brand.
PART 1
Nio acts as an Assistant for Individual (Managers)
Designing The Form
Using physical prototyping tools helped us visualize the movement and ease of the three blocks we landed on.
After reading into the Notion brand, the three blocks from binary history became a motif. We cut out three form core pieces to look at the movement.
KEY PRINCIPLES FOR DESIGN AND MOTION
Versatility, Simplicity and Agility.
Managers we spoke to pointed out to certain daily aspects of collaboration. These in-depth interviews, defined the design direction of exploring Nio’s role as fluid between an assistant and a facilitator.
PART 2
Nio acts as a Facilitator for Teams to Collaborate effectively.
